Never minding sweat

I woke up early in the morning. It was already June 1. I was happy that time goes fast and I can expect a lot of things to happen this June. I normally opened my computer and browse my friendster, left my yahoo messenger open and search for valuable informations in the internet like, how do things work? I realized also that to be able to ease out the feeling of excessive sweating I need NOT to think about it. I tried the method of self understanding. It simply allows me to meditate and reflect on other things than the sweating I have. It is so effective that I didn’t sweat excessively and I have a smile on my face and a sense of trance.

It is so important to look into other things than going through a problem every minute. :D
